  1. Order Processing & Payment
  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other online payment gateways.
  • Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Order Cancellation: HPC Ultra reserves the right to cancel orders due to inaccuracies, stock unavailability, or payment issues. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery Areas: Products are delivered across selected cities in India. Availability may vary by PIN code. For more details, please refer to our serviceable area list.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery Partners: We collaborate with reputable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delivery Delays: HPC Ultra is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for products that are:
    • Damaged upon arrival
    • Defective
    • Not as described
  • Return Conditions: Products must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and include all original documentation and accessories. The original invoice must be included.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to no fault of HPC Ultra, the customer may bear return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returns not due to HPC Ultra’s error.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Warranty: Our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms outlined in the warranty documentation.
